  • Craig J. Sander, M.D.

    Dr. Sander received his M.D. from Downstate Medical Center in New York, completed a pediatric internship and residency at Emory University-Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, and did a two year fellowship in neonatology at the same institute. He is board certified in Pediatrics and Neonatology.

  • Esmond L. Arrindell, M.D.

    Dr. Arrindell is from the Island of St. Kitts in the British West­Indies. He graduated from the University of West-Indies in Jamaica and did his pediatric training at Wayne State University in Detroit. He completed his neonatology fellowship at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. He is board certified in Pediatrics and Neonatology.

  • Jane E. Hayden, M.D.

    Dr. Hayden received her M.D. from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. She completed her pediatric residency at Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center and her neonatology fellowship at the University of Tennessee at Memphis Newborn Center. She is board certified in Pediatrics and Neonatology.

  • Esmond L. Arrindell, Jr., M.D.

    Dr. Arrindell, Jr. received his M.D. from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. He completed his pediatric residency at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia and his neonatology fellowship at Regional One Health (Newborn Center) and LeBonheur Children's Hospital. Dr. Arrindell, Jr. is board certified in Pediatrics and in Neonatology.

  • Padmaja Koneru, M.D.

    Dr. Koneru is from India. She graduated from Osmania Medical College, Osmania University in Hyderabad, India and did her pediatric training at SUNY Brooklyn HSC, New York. She completed her neonatology fellowship at the University of Tennessee at Memphis Newborn Center. She is board certified in Pediatrics and Neonatology.

  • Evan R. Sander, M.D.

    Dr. Sander received his M.D. from University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. He completed his pediatric residency at the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles and his neonatology fellowship at Los Angeles County Medical Center. Dr. Sander is board certified in Pediatrics and is board eligible in Neonatology.

    Trina received her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Shelby State Community College. She received her BSN from the University of Tennessee, Memphis. She received her MSN from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She completed her clinical practicum at the Newborn Center at The Regional Medical Center in Memphis, TN. She is certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner by the National Certification Corporation.

  • Debbie Stubblefield, R.N.C., M.S.N., N.N.P., B.C.

    Debbie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and also her MSN from the University of Tennessee, Memphis. She completed her clinical practicum at the Newborn Center at The Regional Medical Center in Memphis, TN. She has been certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner by the National Certification Corporation since 1999.

  • Charity Tamboli, R.N.C., M.S.N., N.N.P., B.C.

    Charity received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baptist College of Health and Sciences. She received her MSN from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She spent two years as the advanced practice nurse for Neonatal Care at Baptist Memorial Healthcare Systems. She joined East Memphis Neonatology in 2014. She is certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner by the National Certification Corporation.

    Julie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University in Dayton, OH. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. She completed her clinical practicum at East Tennessee Children's Hospital in Knoxville, TN. She is certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner by the National Certification Corporation.

    Kelly received her Nursing Diploma from Methodist Hospital School of Nursing. She graduated from Union University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She received her Master’s in Nursing from University of Tennessee. She completed her clinical practicum at Regional One Hospital in Memphis, TN. She is certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner by the National Certification Corporation.
